The next BioTechMed-Graz Faculty Club takes place on March 20, 2019 at 5 p.m. (open evening).

The BioTechMed-Graz Faculty Club offers a platform for interdisciplinary exchange and networking to all full and associated members of BioTechMed-Graz.

The Faculty Club takes place on the third Wednesday of every month at 5.00 p.m. at the "Mensa Rooftop" of TU Graz, Stremayrgasse 16, 5th floor.

Additionally to these casual evenings, the event series includes bimonthly Flagship Lectures and an annual Nobel Lecture.

At the "BioTechMed-Graz Flagship Lectures", the PIs of the four BioTechMed-Graz Flagship projects presented their projects in 2017 and 2018. Starting with autumn 2018, internationally renowned scientists will be invited. Details can be found here.

The event series "BioTechMed-Graz Nobel Lectures" aims to make excellent research accessible to a broad academic audience by annually presenting a Nobel laureate from one of the research areas of BioTechMed-Graz.

Nobel laureate Prof. Harald zur Hausen will give the Novel Lecture 2018 on December 19, 2018 at 5 p.m. - SAVE THE DATE!

On October 17, 2018 at 5 p.m. Prof. Daniel Rueckert talked about: „Deep learning for extracting clinically useful information from medical images“.
On June, 20, 2018 at 5 p.m. Prof. Stefan Schild presented the Flagship Project "Secretome".
On May 16, 2018 at 5 p.m.
Prof. Dagmar Kratky presented the Flagship Project Lipases and Lipid Signaling.
On December 20, 2017 at 5 p.m.
Prof. Gernot Plank presented the Flagship Project ILearn Heart.
On October 18, 2017 at 5 p.m. Prof. Frank Madeo opened the event series with a Flagship Lecture about the BioTechMed-Graz Flagship Project EPIAge.
