Making the scientific output of BioTechMed-Graz visible in the form of corresponding publications is essential for the allocation of future funds. The following resolution to make the BioTechMed-Graz cooperation visible was passed by the steering committee:

• At least one of the participating researchers must cite BioTechMed-Graz in the affiliation in publications. BioTechMed-Graz should be listed as a separate affiliation. (Example see appendix)
• If BioTechMed-Graz funds are used or resources are utilised, BioTechMed-Graz must also be mentioned in the acknowledgement.
• The BioTechMed-Graz logo and the words "BioTechMed-Graz" must be used in presentations.
• In future, the use of the logo or the mention of BioTechMed-Graz in the affiliation will be used as one of the criteria for the allocation of funds.
