Lab Visit
The BioTechMed-Graz Lab Visits take place once or twice per academic year and are meant to grant participants an insight into the research activities and infrastructure of the BioTechMed-Graz research areas. On the program are short presentations and a tour of a laboratory. At the get together at the end, contacts can be made and questions answered.
Past events
20.06.2024: Lab Visit at the Institute of Human Movement Sciences at the University of Graz: Markus Tilp, Andreas Konrad, Gerhard Tschakert and Peter Hofmann provided exciting insights with interesting presentations on the biomechanics lab, muscle stretching, the precision of exercise intensity and duration, and training therapies for chronic diseases.
06.06.2019: Lab Visit at the Institute of Environmental Biotechnology at TU Graz: In addition to an exciting insight into the institute by Gabriele Berg and her team, there were numerous interesting short lectures on the various research topics of the institute.
